so i stop reading Spn fic for a few days, and this absolute gem of a fic pops up. thanks. My own insect stings are feeling better after reading about Sam's owies. I also liked how Bobby didn't quite understand why Sam didn't want to go to the hospital. Bobby was pretty newly back in Sam's life at that point.
Sam's line about having read that Black Widows weren't deadly was perfect for the smart one of his world. I often read a fact and remember everything about it except for what book I read it in, so to me, that cemented Sam's geekiness.
