I cringed for Sam the whole way through this. Nasty business, spider bites... And Dean working through his anger at Sam in order to take care of him- excellently done, especially because the anger didn't completely vanish, but Dean realized that Sam was more important than his reasons for being angry. And my heart broke for both of them when Sam seemed uncertain that he could trust that Dean actually cared.
